Canadian Houses

Savings you feel in your pocket
One of the biggest advantages of "Canadian houses" is their incredible energy efficiency. In a country with rising energy costs, living in a house that retains heat in winter and stays cool in summer is a smart investment.
The secret is in the walls
Unlike traditional brick construction, which acts as a thermal bridge (transmitting outside cold or heat to the interior), our multi-layer walls include:
- Moisture barrier: Protects the structure and prevents mold.
- High-density insulation: Mineral wool or projected cellulose that seals every corner.
- Air gap: Which breaks the thermal bridge.
Thermopane Windows: The standard, not the luxury
All our houses include thermopane (double glazed) windows as standard. This not only helps with temperature but significantly reduces outside noise, ensuring restful sleep.
